Global Interactive Assurance Alliance ("GIAA") is an assurance company who offers fulfillment assurance, specializing in the online retail industries. This coverage protects you, the consumer, from loss; damage; or confiscation, and provides the assurance to that you will receive your valuable purchases.

Global Interactive Assurance Alliance ("GIAA") was developed by a consortium of online professionals, who saw the need to assure the delivery of your purchase from some of the extenuating circumstances that are attendant with product fulfillment. Should merchandise be lost, stolen, confiscated, or damaged, GIAA covers the replacement cost of the product.

By making a claim you agree that you have read our Terms and Conditions page. GIAA is not affiliated with any of the Merchants who provide our service. We are not affiliated with any payment processing company that may have processed your payment. As stated in our Terms and Conditions 5.15 we cannot start a case until 21 days from purchase date. Should you want to request a refund or change to your order, you must contact the Merchant from which you made the purchase. Should you want to file a claim simply press the claim button below.
